WorkSource Montgomery, Inc. (WSM) is seeking to fill the position of Case Management Coordinator for IT Careers with a professional who is passionate about helping individuals gain employment in the information technology sector. The successful candidate will provide individual case management of customers, assist with the coordination and staging of career fairs, track customers progress in the program, and manage a customer service database. This position is a project based 1099 position with no benefits (funded until December 31, 2020). The Tech Hire and America’s Promise programs are federally funded by the US Dept of Labor to increase the pipeline of qualified information technology workers.
Knowledge, Skills and Talent Required
Ability to manage, foster, and facilitate relationships. Experience managing a project or Customer Relationship Management data base required. Knowledge of IT terminology and certifications required.
