Morning ESOL Classes
Beginner and intermediate drop-in style classes taught at CASA’s five day labor centers. Topics include conversational and vocational English, English for working and job applications and basic language understanding.

Financial Education
CASA provides individual and group-based financial education and assistance that includes: individual financial counseling, tax preparation assistance, workshops on issues such as obtaining identification documents, opening a bank account, writing a check, using a debit card, debt analysis, financial planning, and obtaining and improving one’s credit score. Assistance also includes access to micro-loans and fee waiver applications for immigration processes.

Vocational Training
CASA partners with Community Colleges, Universities, Labor Unions, Private, Public, and non-profit organizations to offers a range of vocational training classes to low-income immigrant communities. Topics include but are not limited to: building maintenance, computer repair, HVAC installation and repair, blueprint reading, sewing, child development, solar panel, computer literacy, Spanish literacy, after school program, home Improvement, cost estimate for construction and certified nursing assistant. Vocational training graduates receive an industry-recognized certificate from the community college and a CASA Diploma
