Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services

We provide support for adults affected by mental illness so that they can reach a higher level of independence. Our caring staff give them the support they need to work though challenges and thrive. Our practical and personal solutions promote self-sufficiency and resiliency. Programs typically last 6 to 18 months and include: 1. Flexible hours in order to meet your needs and 2. Specialists who work actively and collaboratively with mental health providers

 

Target Population: Individuals with a DSM IV: Axis I mental health diagnosis, ages 18 and up

Intake/Eligibility: Referral must be submitted from adults licensed therapist.
