Join us as we have representatives from EQUUS to assist with the full process for applying for SNAP. The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) provides important nutritional support for low-wage working families, low-income seniors and people with disabilities living on fixed incomes, and other individuals and household incomes.
You may be able to get SNAP benefits if you:
• work for low wages,
• are unemployed or work part-time,
• receive Temporary Cash Assistance (TCA) or other public assistance, payments
• are elderly or disabled and live on a small income, or
• are homeless.
SNAP benefits include:
• healthy foods for the entire family
• monthly benefits with EBT cards
