Joshua Harrold, MBA

An accomplished Workforce Development Professional with progressive experience directing multiple training programs concurrently. Mr. Harrold served as a Senior Subject Matter Expert (Workforce Development/Apprenticeship) for Community Based Organizations and leading healthcare agencies and groups. Currently the Regional Director of the 1199SEIU Training and Employment Fund in Maryland/DC providing occupational healthcare training and advancement to Union Members and unemployed and underemployed area residents.
