During this workshop, we’ll learn how to promote ourselves without fear and uncover how to answer common interview questions through storytelling. Interviews are where you can connect and build trust by sharing stories that showcase your talents, accomplishments, experiences, and values. Master Storytelling for Job Interviews enables you to first discover the stories that best illustrate your background, shape it using the SARM method, and then share it with others, so that you feel confident by the time you’re in the interview hot seat.
***All workshops scheduled for our American Job Centers located in Wheaton and Germantown will go on as planned but will now take place online. You can access them via our web calendar. Participants must register on the Maryland Workforce Exchange (MWE). Once registered, you’ll be emailed an invitation with instructions to attend the workshop at the scheduled time.
Programs and initiatives offered by WSM are supported in part by the Employment and Training Administration of the U.S. Department of Labor as part of an award totaling $4,699,403.
