Cynthia Grissom

Cynthia Grissom is the Director of Business Solutions for WorkSource Montgomery. She brings experience both from global organizations and small business ranging from the private sector, utilities, and government contracting, to not-for-profit entities, and has experience in Big 4 consulting, real estate, architecture, sustainability, diversity & inclusion, human capital, workforce development, marketing, and product development. In her role at WorkSource Montgomery, Cynthia connects industry, educators, students, and workforce staff for training and job placement. Formerly, Ms. Grissom served as the Director of Talent Development and Business Services Consultant for WorkSource Montgomery, and still assists with expanding its business relationships to foster the development of new jobs and to grow talent for the employers of Montgomery County. Ms. Grissom graduated from Vanderbilt University and earned an MBA from American University. She is a Project Manager, active with the Montgomery County PMI chapter. She conducts workshops on cultural competency, work-life flexibility, constructive feedback, stress management, job search strategies and staying relevant in the job market. During her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her family and participating in activities around the county with her two sons.
