Kristin Trible

Director of Community Engagement

Kristin Trible is quick to identify potential and connect individuals with opportunity. She survived the corporate world of Prudential, thrived in federal government service, and has found her niche in the non-profit environment. Kristin served as the Montgomery County PTA President where the highlight was a multi-organizational study circle that explored racial issues within the public schools. Most recently as Director of Student Support with Future Link, Kristin built a robust mentoring program for first generation college students, focusing on best practices based in research. A native Floridian, Kristin earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Duke University and a Master’s degree in Human Behavior from Hood College. As identified by Strengthsfinder, Kristin is an “arranger” and a “developer”, talents which serve WorkSource Montgomery well as Kristin works to expand collaborative partnerships in support of Montgomery County residents and businesses.
