Director of Youth, Adult and Dislocated Worker Programs

Pat Philippe is a skilled workforce development professional with several years of experience in program management, training, community outreach and service in both the public and private sectors. As the Director of Youth, Adult and Dislocated Worker Programs, Mr. Philippe manages WIOA performance and service delivery for the American Job Centers (AJC) in Montgomery County.

Prior to joining WorkSource Montgomery in November 2018, Pat worked for the D.C. Department of Employment Service as the AJC Manager for the Washington Metro Area. During his tenure there, he coordinated integrated service delivery for one AJC location with more than five in-house partners and a staff of fifteen. He then moved on to be the Program Manager of Performance where he was responsible for AJC performance and programmatic compliance. In that role, Pat led a diverse team of supervisory, operational, and front-line staff to provide quality workforce services to District residents. He also developed performance management tools to analyze the effectiveness of AJC, Business Services, Rapid Response, and Reemployment Services programs.
