Hungry for Change

The purpose of this program is to support people experiencing homelessness to access essential resources they need to live a stable life. This program is designed with a holistic approach in mind in order to help people with lower incomes obtain basic necessities and to become self-sustaining.

 

Target Population: People with lower incomes (on the verge of homelessness) and those experiencing homelessness
