It takes a number of organizations and their resources to prepare our workforce for their next job opportunity in this changing economy.
WSM’s first priority, Community Engagement, requires an intentional approach to not only providing information and services to our partners and clients, but also soliciting feedback and direction on the effectiveness of our services and the needs of the communities we serve.
As such, the Community Impact Advisory Committee (CIAC) was launched in 2022 to provide community leaders and partners the opportunity to advise and provide direct feedback on the true workforce issues and needs of our residents with the greatest barriers to economic mobility.
The CIAC, comprised of non-profit, faith-based, and public/government partners, meets quarterly and is led by WSM’s Director of Community Impact. For more information or to join a CIAC meeting, please complete the form!
