TLC The Outcomes Service
This program offers vocational supports to help individuals with disabilities obtain and maintain employment. Services include career assessments, employee development services, job development and job coaching. This program offers personal supports to assist individuals with needs beyond work including home and community supports. The program offers private pay services to meet individual needs. The program offers Pre-Employment transition services to youth ages 14-21 to help youth learn about the adult world including work after high school. The program offers private pay services to meet individual needs.v
