Have you ever had a supervisor or manager you couldn’t see eye to eye with? Or even like you were perhaps being unfairly targeted at work? This transformative workshop that addresses the pervasive issue of workplace bullying, may be for you. Through group discussions, role-playing, and knowledge based insights, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the psychological impact of bullying and develop resilience skills. We will discuss practical strategies to identify, confront, and overcome such behaviors.

Participants must register on the Maryland Workforce Exchange (MWE). Once registered, you’ll be emailed an invitation with instructions to attend the workshop at the scheduled time.
