Are you interested in advancing to an elevated role in your career? Or, perhaps you just want to a more effective employee at work. The primary goal of this workshop is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to implement effective performance management strategies in the workplace. By the end of the workshop, participants will gain insights into fostering a culture of continuous improvement, setting clear expectations and boundaries, receiving constructive feedback, and utilizing performance to leverage opportunities at work.
