Future Link seeks to close the opportunity divide for economically disadvantaged, first-generation-to-college, high potential young adults with additional adversities in Montgomery County, Maryland by providing them with the resources, knowledge, skills, and personalized support needed to achieve their education and career goals. The depth and long-term nature of our provided services enable our first-generation-to-college young adults to become first-generation professionals. Activities include mentoring, career coaching, paid internships, tutoring, academic guidance, and workshops/events, and are designed intentionally to support students to and through academic and career success.
Target Population : Economically disadvantaged, first-generation young adults residing in Montgomery County who are motivated to work hard to reach their education and career goals. Must be legal to work in the US.
