Have you ever had the unfortunate experience of being terminated or “let go” from a job? This can be a very frustrating, embarrassing, or even leave you feeling uneasy about your future or even where to go from here. In this workshop we will discuss important details like how to process and release your emotions after being fired, what your next steps should be, and how you can discuss the experience when you’re asked about it by future employers.

Participants must register on the Maryland Workforce Exchange (MWE). Once registered, you’ll be emailed an invitation with instructions to attend the workshop at the scheduled time.
