Get S.M.A.R.T. About Your Goals

May 8 @ 1:15 pm - 3:15 pm

Professional goals are often focused on improving your career and increasing your competencies and advancement in the workplace. There are several ways to develop a goal and a plan that will help you achieve all your professional and personal goals, but by thinking S.M.A.R.T. you can break larger, seemingly unattainable goals down into smaller, achievable milestones of success. S.M.A.R.T. Goals are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-based. They can be related to learning new skills, obtaining new degrees or certifications, moving to a new city, getting more experience in a certain area, moving up in your workplace, and aiming for any other aspirations related to advancing your career and/or personal life. By learning to create goals that are S.M.A.R.T., you will be able to obtain measurable success in accomplishing your goals.
