This in-person workshop will go over how to effectively communicate with management and leadership in the workplace

Effective communication empowers individuals within a company or organization to have better, more transparent relationships with leadership and frontline employees. These comprehensive workshops will be tailored to address key communication skills needed for employees and leaders to thrive and create dynamic results in the workplace. This workshop aims to equip participants with the skills and strategies needed for clear, concise, and empathetic communication between management and frontline employees.

This workshop is located at our Wheaton American Job Center in Training Room B. Participants must register on the Maryland Workforce Exchange (MWE). Once registered, you’ll be emailed an invitation with instructions to attend the workshop at the scheduled time.
