Mindfulness Meditation

Join us for guided mindfulness practice to help you relieve stress and symptoms of anxiety that are common while job seeking. This is an opportunity for you to commit to reconnecting and nurturing yourself.

***All workshops scheduled for our American Job Centers located in Wheaton and Germantown will go on as planned but will now take place online. You can access them via our web calendar. Participants must register on the Maryland Workforce Exchange (MWE). Once registered, you’ll be emailed an invitation with instructions to attend the workshop at the scheduled time.
