Paying for Education and Training The Montgomery College Educational Opportunity provides free pre-college services to eligible Montgomery County residents. The Paying for Education and Training workshop will provide information about financial resources to pay for your education and training opportunities. Learn about federal financial aid, Maryland state aid, institutional (college/university) aid and scholarships.

***All workshops scheduled for our American Job Centers located in Wheaton and Germantown will go on as planned but will now take place online. You can access them via our web calendar. Participants must register on the Maryland Workforce Exchange (MWE). Once registered, you’ll be emailed an invitation with instructions to attend the workshop at the scheduled time.
