Operation Code Switching
March 27 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
For decades, in the workforce we have been taught that to be successful we must perform, behave, dress, and present ourselves a certain way. While there is a need to bring a stellar level of professionalism to any role, it’s possible to do so while maintaining your unique identity, personality, strengths, gifts, and talents. As companies and organizations have strived to increase their diversity and inclusion methods throughout the years, it has become a unique super-power to show up in any professional setting, as authentically you. Join us for a workshop that will teach you how to strike a harmonious balance between your professional and personal strengths.
***All workshops scheduled for our American Job Centers located in Wheaton and Germantown will go on as planned but will now take place online. You can access them via our web calendar. Participants must register on the Maryland Workforce Exchange (MWE). Once registered, you’ll be emailed an invitation with instructions to attend the workshop at the scheduled time.
