Jessica Issoufou currently serves as the Deputy Director of Workforce Services at WorkSource Montgomery, where she leads the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance workforce development programs. In her role, she oversees all program operations, business solutions, and community impact efforts.
With 20 years of progressive experience in people management, program management, operations, and workforce development across start-up, nonprofit, for-profit, and government settings, Jessica brings a wealth of expertise and a strong track record of results to her position.
Jessica is passionate about lifelong learning and believes in the power of education and employment to transform lives. She is an advocate for equity and inclusion in the workplace, striving to create environments where all individuals have the opportunity to succeed. Throughout her career, Jessica has been recognized for her results-oriented leadership, successfully leading initiatives that have increased employment rates, enhanced job retention, and expanded career advancement opportunities for countless individuals.
Jessica holds a bachelorโs degree in Political Science and International Studies from Elmira College and a masterโs degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania.
As part of her personal impact strategy, Jessica serves as the Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Montgomery County Childrenโs Opportunity Alliance, is a member of the Nonprofit Montgomery Board, and is a graduate of Leadership Montgomeryโs CORE Class of 2025. She is deeply committed to community engagement, often giving back through volunteerism and charitable contributions. Most of all, Jessicaโs favorite pastime is spending time with her family.
