Construction Core
As the construction industry evolves, ABC CraftMasters adapts to meet its needs. Since 2008, the CORE program has provided a solid foundation for individuals aspiring to advance from entry-level workers to journey workers, crew leaders, foremen, and beyond. The class has now expanded to 10 weeks, offering even more valuable content in response to the construction industry's growing demands.
CORE is the starting point for all trade and apprenticeship classes. It equips students with the essential knowledge and skills required across various construction trades. The program combines multiple trades into a single class, ensuring that apprentices and craft trainees quickly acquire foundational knowledge and crucial safety training. This integrated approach also allows entry-level workers and apprentices to better understand their role in the broader construction community.
In addition to apprentices, CORE is also beneficial for assistant project managers, office personnel, and warehouse and yard workers, helping them gain a deeper understanding of the trades and field expectations.
