Individual Support Services

CALMRA'S CSLA/ISS program provides a wide array of services to individuals who live in their own homes but still need some supports. This can range from a few hours a week for help with money management, shopping or social activities to 24-hour staff support depending on the individual's needs. Each program is individualized to provide for the person's unique needs and desires.

 

Target Population: Adults, age 18 years or older, with cognitive disabilities, living in their own home.

Day Program

CALMRA’s Day Program provides a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment for seniors (over 55 years of age) or persons with age related conditions with cognitive and/or physical disabilities to engage in meaningful daytime activities. Leisure and recreational activities are driven by participant’s choices. Services provided include on-site nursing, hot lunches, transportation, art therapy, music therapy, sensory stimulation, occupational therapy, physical therapy and individualized activity planning.
