Employment and Day Services

Compass, Inc. provides a full array of services and supports to the individuals who choose us for vocational services. Services may include job skills preparation including, appropriate work attire, work place personal hygiene, resume preparation, interviewing skills and appropriate follow-up skills.

Behavioral Support Services

These support services (other than Residential and Day Habilitation care) are typically lower “intensity” supports provided to adults living with their families or on their own. Included are respite services, transportation, environmental modifications, adaptive equipment, money management and independent home living skills.
