Care & Connection for Families
Care and Connection for Families provides in-home counseling and support services to families whose children are experiencing mental health crises. Our services provide crisis intervention that address the family’s immediate needs.

Betty Ann Krahnke Center
The Betty Ann Krahnke Center (BAK), is a short-term emergency shelter for survivors of domestic violence in Montgomery County, MD. This 60-bed facility is the only one of its kind in the county. We provide a safe and confidential place where women and their children can come when they are fleeing violence. All services are provided with trauma-informed care in mind.

Together Program
The Together Program is an evidence-informed program that offers relationship, financial education, and employment services to couples living in Prince George’s and Montgomery County, Maryland. Additionally, we connect participating couples with community resources to help them create a strong family foundation.

Healthy Families Montgomery
Healthy Families Montgomery is a home visiting program for first time parents who live in Montgomery County, and are either pregnant, or have an infant under two weeks, speak English or Spanish, and are eligible to receive services through Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services.

Neighborhood Safety Net
The Neighborhood Safety Net Program helps Montgomery County residents secure the resources they need and navigate the complexities of the government and other safety-net services available. We offer free assistance with applications and referrals to services to help individuals and families reach self-sufficiency, and obtain the information and resources that they need.

Healthy Mothers/Healthy Babies
Short-term therapy and case management services to those who are pregnant or have given birth within the last year and are diagnosed with depression. This program serves low-income, uninsured or Medicaid-eligible individuals. It is currently operating under a hybrid model.
 
Target Population: Individuals who are pregnant or have recently given birth with a depression diagnosis
