In recent years, many companies and organizations have gone in the direction of performance-based advancement and rewards. Join us for a workshop where we’ll discuss how you can start the first 90 days of your employment journey on the right foot and ultimately level up in your career.

***All workshops scheduled for our American Job Centers located in Wheaton and Germantown will go on as planned but will now take place online. You can access them via our web calendar. Participants must register on the Maryland Workforce Exchange (MWE). Once registered, you’ll be emailed an invitation with instructions to attend the workshop at the scheduled time.
