WorkSource Montgomery, Inc., in partnership with Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation (MCEDC) and Rockville Development, Inc. (REDI), joined forces to welcome a new employer, Premium Care USA, a leading provider of compassionate and comprehensive home healthcare services, to Montgomery County. This marks the first time the company has expanded its operations outside of Virginia where they are a top five employer in Fairfax. Their newest location is at 1401 Rockville Pike, Suite 110, Rockville, MD.
The three organizations worked together to provide funding incentives and other support services to make their move to Montgomery County as seamless as possible. MCEDC and REDI awarded Premium Care USA with a MOVE (Make Office Vacancy Extinct) grant that offers new MoCo businesses a one-time grant upon signing a commercial lease up to 20,000 square feet within the county. WorkSource Montgomery is working with Premium Care USA to provide job fairs, talent matching and job placement services. They will have access to funding for their new hires through the GROW Grant and On-the-job training funds.
Premium Care USA is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals in our community by delivering personalized and innovative home healthcare solutions. In its first year in MoCo, Premium Care USA plans to hire 150 employees and over the next five years they will hire another 100 employees for a total of up to 250. This collaborative effort signifies a commitment to fostering economic growth, accessibility to healthcare services, and create opportunities for job growth, and promote community well-being throughout Montgomery County.
