James has served in the Workforce Development industry since 2012 and has had many roles including job developer, job readiness facilitator, program manager, director of WIOA adult & youth services and his current role as Director of Community Impact at WorkSource Montgomery in Montgomery County, MD.

James is actively involved in the community, has pastored a church, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Samaritan Inns, a recovery community in the Washington DC area. He has received community-based awards for his leadership and involvement and has presented at Workforce Development conferences.  holds a bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Leadership from Newburgh College.

James earned a bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Leadership from Newburgh College and is a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP), Licensed, Ordained Minister, Licensed Realtor® and Author of The Miracle. James lives in Laurel, MD with his wife, two sons and their beloved Yorkipoo, Sassie.
