This is a workshop that shares tips for getting your resume past the AI screening process.
As times have evolved, job seekers have become accustomed to searching job descriptions for keywords and then adding those words to their resumes in hopes of getting past so-called applicant tracking software. However, now powered by artificial intelligence, applicant screening has become even more sophisticated and tough to get past as an applicant. Join our workshop to unlock the strategies and insights necessary to successfully navigate AI-driven resume screening processes, ensuring your qualification shine through and land you the job opportunities you deserve.
***All workshops scheduled for our American Job Centers located in Wheaton and Germantown will go on as planned but will now take place online. You can access them via our web calendar. Participants must register on the Maryland Workforce Exchange (MWE). Once registered, you’ll be emailed an invitation with instructions to attend the workshop at the scheduled time.
