Workplace Communication 101

This workshop will go over how to effectively communicate with colleagues in the workplace

Effective communication is the cornerstone of a successful workplace. Misunderstandings, lack of clarity, and poor communication can lead to decreased productivity, lowered morale, and hindered collaboration. This workshop aims to equip participants with the skills and strategies needed for clear, concise, and empathetic communication with their co-workers and colleagues.

Effective communication empowers individuals within a company or organization to have better, more transparent relationships with leadership and frontline employees. These comprehensive workshops will be tailored to address key communication skills needed for employees and leaders to thrive and create dynamic results in the workplace. This workshop aims to equip participants with the skills and strategies needed for clear, concise, and empathetic communication between management and frontline employees.

Participants must register on the Maryland Workforce Exchange (MWE). Once registered, you’ll be emailed an invitation with instructions to attend the workshop at the scheduled time.
